GUARANTEE REGISTRATION FORM
To register for your free guarantee, please complete the Guarantee Form below within 30 days of installation
or simply call 0844 371 1111. When registering your boiler by telephone please have the following information
available: Make of product, the product type/category, Model/Serial No, Installation date.
We will then contact you in order for us to arrange a system audit by one of our Halstead Glen Dimplex auditors
to ensure the installation has been completed within our installation and warranty guidleines.
Following the successful completion of the audit we will then send you a certificate with the details of your policy.
CONDITIONS
1. The guarantee is valid for the specified term, from the date of installation.
2. Halstead’s only obligation under the guarantee shall be to repair or replace the faulty appliance
at Halstead’s discretion. This will be carried out where the fault arises from defects within the appliance,
caused by either material or workmanship of the manufacturer.
3. This guarantee does not protect malfunction or damage arising from incorrect installation,
commissioning or maintenance procedures, as laid out in the installation handbook, inefficient flue
system, poor or incorrect electricity, wrong gas supply or pressure, tampering by inexperienced persons
and any other cause not directly due to manufacture.
4. Halstead Glen Dimplex cannot accept responsibility for any costs arising from
repair or maintenance carried out by any third party.
5. Service under the guarantee does not affect the expiry date of the guarantee.
The guarantee on parts which are exchanged ends when the guarantee on the appliance expires.
6. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
IMPORTANT DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
If you provide us with information about another person, you confirm that they have appointed you to act for them, to consent to the processing of their personal data including sensitive personal data and that you have informed them of our identity and the purposes (as set out in the Important Data Protection Information displayed when you register your appliance) for which their personal data will be processed. You are entitled to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a small fee) and to have any inaccuracies in your information corrected. For quality control and training purposes, we may monitor or record your communications with us.
